Umm al-qura: Umm Al-Qura University has mobilized a volunteer force for the 1447 AH Hajj season, actively equipping participants with the critical skills and knowledge required to serve pilgrims. A total of 1,469 male and female volunteers were deployed through the university's programs, contributing 45,470 cumulative volunteer hours throughout the season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, prior to taking the field, the volunteers underwent rigorous preparation through a comprehensive training program accredited by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This training ensured they are fully qualified to deliver a wide array of vital support services, enhancing the experience and safety of pilgrims during the Hajj season.
