Makkah: The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) is participating with 1,068 male and female volunteer trainees in this year’s Hajj season in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Director General of Activities at TVTC Eng. Abdullah Al-Duhailan stated that the number of volunteers participating in the Hajj season has increased by more than 56% over the past four years, rising from 655 volunteers in 2022 to 1,068 this year. These volunteers participate in public service camps organized by the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association in cooperation with various government and civil society organizations designated by the Kingdom’s leadership to serve pilgrims. Their roles include guiding lost pilgrims, assisting patients and visitors at clinics and hospitals, transporting individuals in need using hospital vehicles, and supporting tasks in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and the Holy Makkah Municipality.
