Makkah: The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) issued a report today warning of rainfall, strong winds, and thunderstorms in some of Makkah Region’s governorates.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the weather conditions are expected to cause near-zero visibility, hail, and flash floods until 9:00 pm.
