Thunderstorms and Hail Expected in Multiple Regions Across the Kingdom

Riyadh: Thunderstorms accompanied by hail and dust-stirring winds are forecasted for parts of the Kingdom, specifically in the regions of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, and Tabuk. Fog and rainy thunderclouds are also anticipated to form in the Eastern Region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will vary, with northwesterly to northerly winds in the northern and central parts and southeasterly to southwesterly winds in the southern part, reaching speeds of 20-50 km/h. The wave height is expected to range from half a meter to two and a half meters, resulting in a sea that will be calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, the northern part will experience northeasterly to northwesterly winds, while the southern part will see westerly to southwesterly winds, with speeds between 10-50 km/h. Wave heights may reach from half a meter to over two meters, indicating that the sea conditions will also vary from calm to choppy.
