Jeddah: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds in parts of the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, and Madinah regions. Fog is expected to form in these areas, as well as in parts of the Eastern Region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea are predicted to be northwesterly to northeasterly in the northern and central parts at speeds of 12-28 km/h, and southerly to southwesterly in the southern part at speeds of 15-52 km/h. Wave heights may range from half a meter to two and a half meters, with the sea conditions varying from calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will blow southeasterly to easterly in the northern part, and southeasterly to southwesterly in the central and southern parts at speeds of 10-28 km/h. Waves may reach from half a meter to one meter, and the sea is expected to remain calm.
