Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has issued a weather forecast indicating thunderstorms accompanied by hail in several regions, including Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, and Madinah. Light rain showers are anticipated in parts of the Qassim and Riyadh regions. Additionally, dust-stirring winds are expected in these areas, as well as in parts of Hail, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, and Eastern regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will vary, with northwesterly to westerly winds in the northern and central parts at speeds of 15-40 km/h. In the southern part, winds will shift from southwesterly to northwesterly, eventually transitioning to northerly to northeasterly by evening, with speeds of 15-30 km/h. Wave heights are predicted to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, suggesting relatively calm sea conditions.
In the Arabian Gulf, daytime winds are expected to be northwesterly to westerly, shifting to easterly to southeasterly in the evening, at speeds of 15-30 km/h. The sea is anticipated to be calm, with wave heights between half a meter and one meter.
