Thousands Experience Sudanese Culture at ‘Global Harmony 2’ Initiative in Riyadh

Riyadh: The ‘Global Harmony 2’ initiative, organized by the Ministry of Media in cooperation with the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and the Quality of Life Program, recently welcomed thousands of visitors of different nationalities to engage in activities centered around Sudanese culture, promoting cultural harmony and coexistence.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the event was held at Al-Suwaidi Park, a prominent zone of Riyadh Season. The program featured a range of traditional and musical performances by Sudanese cultural troupes, offering a glimpse into the richness and variety of Sudan’s regional cultures through heritage dances, traditional rhythms, and distinctive traditional attire.

In addition to the cultural showcases, Sudanese artists performed a blend of contemporary and traditional songs. The initiative also catered to younger audiences through a specialized theater, offering puppet shows, circus performances, and interactive cultural challenges for children.

The Ministry of Media will conclude the Sudanese culture events today. The initiative has seen strong public attendance and active participation from visitors, underscoring the depth and diversity of Sudan’s cultural heritage.
