Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived this afternoon in the Qatari capital, Doha, on an official visit, at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The Turkish President is accompanied on his tour by Ministers of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alp Arslan Bayraktar, Defense Yasar Guular, Industry and Technology Muhammad Fatih Kajar, Trade Omar Polat, and the head of the Intelligence Service Ibrahim Qalan, as well as former MPs, Ministers, officials in the presidency, the Justice and Development Party, and the national Movement.

It is scheduled that the Turkish President and the Emir of Qatar will hold a bilateral meeting in the presence of the delegations of the two countries, and Erdogan will then participate in a dinner in his honor.
