Tulkarm - Ma'an - Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man from Nour Shams camp east of Tulkarm city on Saturday evening. Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested the young man Mahmoud Abu Heikal while he was passing through a flying checkpoint near the entrance to the city of Qalqilya.
