The Federal Police forces arrested 9 suspects in various legal cases, including a suspect accused of terrorism, in Baghdad.

The Federal Police Command stated in a statement: "The units of the Fifth Division, in cooperation with the security authorities operating within the sectors of responsibility on the Rusafa side in Baghdad, arrested (9) suspects according to various legal articles, including wanted according to Article 4 / of terrorism."

It explained: "The operations took place during the implementation of the duties of arrest warrants and security practices in the areas (Sadr City, Al-Basateen District, Khan Bani Saad, Seven Palaces, Al-Rashidiya), and also resulted in the seizure of unlicensed weapons."

It added: "All the accused, along with the seized materials, were referred to the competent authorities, to complete the necessary legal procedures against them."/ End
