Baku:TGA More than 54 million shipments and parcels were delivered in the Kingdom in the third quarter of 2026, the Transport General Authority (TGA) stated in its quarterly statistical bulletin. This figure reflects sustained growth in e-commerce and logistics within the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the bulletin also included an index of complaints escalated to the TGA. Ajex recorded the fewest escalated complaints with one, followed by iMile with two. GFS and Naqel each had three complaints, Starlinks and DHL recorded four each, and RedBox had five.
Aramex and SPL both recorded seven escalated complaints, JDL had eight, while SMSA and FedEx each had 11. J and T registered 17 complaints, and UPS had 18.
The TGA defines escalated complaints as those unresolved by the delivery companies within a set timeframe. Customers initially contact the delivery company directly, and if the issue is not resolved, they can escalate the complaint to the authority through its unified number, 19929, or its website. The authority then ensures action is taken in accordance with regulations.
