Jeddah: President of the Transport General Authority (TGA) Eng. Fawaz Alsahli conducted a field inspection of transport service readiness for the 1447 AH Hajj season across key locations in Jeddah and Makkah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the inspection in Jeddah included visits to the intercity bus station, Haramain High-Speed Railway station, and several car rental offices. The focus was on reviewing compliance levels and service quality to ensure efficient transport services for the upcoming Hajj season.

In Makkah, Alsahli inspected pilgrim transport buses at Al-Shumaisi center, the Haramain station in Al Rusaifah, and the Kudai station, which serves bus and public taxi services. The aim was to evaluate the service readiness and the coordination efforts in place to facilitate the movement of pilgrims.

The tour concluded at the Miqat Qarn Al-Manazil and Al-Bahaitah Security Center, where Alsahli assessed operational readiness and the coordination among relevant entities responsible for managing the transportation services during the Hajj season.
