Jeddah: The national all-in-one application Tawakkalna is providing pilgrims and Hajj workers during the 1447 AH Hajj season with access to government services in 19 languages representing their countries of origin. The multilingual services are part of efforts by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) to enhance integration among service entities during Hajj through advanced digital solutions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the services are designed to facilitate the pilgrim journey from arrival in the Kingdom and entry into Makkah and the holy sites to visits to the Prophet's Mosque and departure back to home countries. The app supports Arabic, English, Indonesian, Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, French, Bengali, Persian, Malay, Russian, Chinese, Filipino, German, Dutch, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Pilgrims can access the app through simplified steps and benefit from a range of services related to their Hajj journey, including viewing Hajj permits through integration with the unified digital Hajj permits platform 'Tasreeh.' The app also enables users to view permits issued by government entities, including pilgrim ID cards, Makkah entry permits, and work, volunteer, and vehicle permits.

Tawakkalna additionally offers services tailored to pilgrims' daily needs, including listening to the Arafat sermon in multiple languages, requesting ambulance services, and accessing real-time and daily weather updates for the holy sites.

Additional services include Qibla direction, prayer times, and access to the Quran, helping pilgrims perform rituals with greater ease and peace of mind.
