Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast strong winds stirring dust and sand across parts of Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, Eastern, Najran, and Makkah regions, particularly along the coastal highway to Jazan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15 to 38 km/h. Wave heights are expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with the sea conditions expected to be slight to moderate.
Winds over the Arabian Gulf are anticipated to be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 10 to 35 km/h in the north and center, and southerly to southwesterly at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h in the south. Wave heights are also expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, maintaining slight to moderate sea conditions.
