Riyadh: President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA), Dr. Jalal Alowaisi, welcomed a delegation from the Embassy of Japan in the Kingdom, led by Minister Plenipotentiary and Deputy Chief of Mission Masahiro Tada, at the SRCA headquarters.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting provided an opportunity for the delegation to be informed about SRCA's initiatives in delivering ambulance and humanitarian services, along with its emergency response efforts both domestically and internationally.

The discussions included Japan's contributions to humanitarian efforts in crisis-affected areas, with a focus on strengthening joint cooperation in humanitarian aid and disaster response.

Dr. Alowaisi emphasized the SRCA's commitment to building international partnerships with humanitarian organizations, aiming to enhance collaboration and share expertise to advance humanitarian work and improve response efficiency based on international best practices.
