Madinah: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) branch in Madinah Region has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Voluntary National Association (Fazzah). The agreement aims to strengthen coordination between ambulance and volunteer services and to support humanitarian efforts for the benefit of pilgrims, visitors, and residents of Madinah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the memorandum will enhance integration between ambulance and volunteer entities to improve service quality and contribute to sustainable community development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The Fazzah Association is a licensed non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and empowering a culture of volunteering.
