Hail: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) branch in Hail has received two international accreditations, ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety, in recognition of its compliance with global standards aimed at improving the work environment and institutional performance.

According to Saudi Press Agency, SRCA Hail branch Director General Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Yahya emphasized that these certifications reflect the authority’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

The accreditation process included a comprehensive review of operational procedures and safety standards based on international best practices. This achievement is part of a strategic plan to enhance staff efficiency, improve ambulance services, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all facilities.
