Riyadh: The Ministry of Sport is participating with a dedicated pavilion in the global tech event LEAP 2026, held in its fifth edition from August 31 to September 3 at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (RECC) in Malham under the theme "Into New Worlds."
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry will showcase its digital transformation experience, along with key innovative technologies and solutions aimed at developing the sports sector and improving services for beneficiaries.
At the event's Sports Tech Hub, the ministry will highlight part of its efforts to leverage modern technologies and digital solutions across various areas of the sports sector.
The pavilion will also demonstrate the ministry's role in improving services, increasing operational efficiency at sports facilities, enhancing the experience of fans and beneficiaries, and keeping pace with rapid advances in technology and innovation.
The participation will further underscore the ministry's efforts to strengthen integration between sports and technology and leverage digital solutions, data, and emerging technologies to develop its operations. The approach aims to build a more efficient and innovative sports sector capable of adapting to future transformations.
The ministry's participation in LEAP 2026 forms part of its ongoing efforts to adopt innovative technologies and develop digital products and services. This aims to improve the experience of beneficiaries and fans, raise the efficiency of sports facilities and services, and advance digital transformation in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
