Six Kings Slam Tennis Tournament Scheduled for Riyadh Season

Riyadh:Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Turki Alalshikh has confirmed that the Six Kings Slam tennis tournament will take place on December 27, 28, and 30 at The Venue in Riyadh. This event is part of the seventh edition of Riyadh Season and will feature six of the world's leading tennis players.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the new dates have been set to allow Italy's Jannik Sinner to return and defend his title after an injury forced him to withdraw from the event originally scheduled for October. The tournament will also feature Serbia's Novak Djokovic, Germany's Alexander Zverev, Spain's Carlos Alcaraz, American Taylor Fritz, and Australia's Alex de Minaur. All matches will be streamed live exclusively on Netflix for the second consecutive year, allowing subscribers to watch at no extra cost.

The players participating in the Six Kings Slam hold a combined 38 Grand Slam titles, with Djokovic claiming 24 and Sinner holding five. Zverev secured the French Open and US Open titles this year, while Alcaraz won the Australian Open, becoming the youngest man in tennis history to complete a Career Grand Slam.

This year's edition will be Fritz's second appearance after he finished third last year. De Minaur will make his debut at the Six Kings Slam, having reached a career-high World No. 5 ranking in July. The tournament promises a variety of playing styles as the world's top tennis stars compete.
