Cairo: Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh met with Speaker of the Shura Council of Bahrain Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh at his residence in Cairo. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 7th Arab Parliament Conference, currently taking place at the headquarters of the Arab League.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the two sides reaffirmed the deep-rooted ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, emphasizing their historical significance. During the meeting, discussions focused on parliamentary cooperation between the Shura councils of both countries, and the leaders exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
