Riyadh: Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh received a written message from the Speaker of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly of the Republic of South Sudan, Joseph Ngere Paciko.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the message was delivered to Shura Council Vice Speaker Dr. Mishaal Al-Sulami during a meeting held at his office at the council's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting included Transitional National Legislative Assembly member and Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Middle East and GCC Affairs, Stephen Lual Ngor.

During the meeting, both parties reviewed the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and South Sudan. They discussed potential ways to enhance cooperation between the two councils, aiming to strengthen the ties between the two nations.
