Cairo: A delegation from the Saudi-Egyptian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council met with a number of committee chairpersons at Egypt's House of Representatives at the headquarters of the Egyptian parliament, as part of the delegation's official visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting reviewed relations between the two countries and ways to further strengthen them across various fields. It also discussed avenues of parliamentary and legislative cooperation between the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt's House of Representatives, in a manner that serves mutual interests.
