Seha Virtual Hospital Deploys Advanced Digital Technologies to Serve Pilgrims During Hajj 1446 AH

Riyadh: The Seha Virtual Hospital has announced the deployment of an integrated suite of digital healthcare services to support pilgrims during the Hajj season this year. Operating around the clock, the services will be managed by highly qualified medical professionals and supported by cutting-edge technologies to ensure rapid access and high-quality care.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative aligns with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program and the ‘Pilgrim Experience Program’, key components of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Both programs aim to deliver comprehensive and safe healthcare to pilgrims in accordance with the highest international standards.

Seha Virtual Hospital will provide direct support to medical facilities across Makkah and Madinah, in addition to services at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. Its services will be accessible through multiple digital channels, including the unified call center (937), the ‘Sehhaty’ app, the ‘Consult Plus’ remote con
sultation service, and the hospital’s official account on the ‘X’ platform.

This digital healthcare initiative is part of the Kingdom’s broader strategy to ensure a safe and seamless Hajj experience. By leveraging virtual health technologies, Seha Virtual Hospital aims to enhance service quality, improve the efficiency of healthcare facilities, and deliver fully integrated, safe, and patient-centered care to the pilgrims.
