Baku: The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) concluded its participation in the 13th World Urban Forum, organized by the UN-Habitat in Baku, as part of the Kingdom's engagement in the global event on sustainable urban development.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program held dialogue sessions, workshops, bilateral meetings, and signed cooperation agreements, reflecting its approach to international collaboration and integrated development to support urban recovery in Yemen.
The SDRPY pavilion showcased its work across key sectors, including education, health, energy, water, transport, agriculture, and fisheries, alongside capacity-building initiatives supporting the Yemeni government.
The program also screened its film 'THEN/NOW,' highlighting the impact of its projects on infrastructure and basic services.
It highlighted more than 287 development projects and initiatives implemented since 2018 across eight key sectors in partnership with the Yemeni government, contributing to improved services and stability throughout Yemeni governorates.
