SDAIA Showcases Data and AI Initiatives at Fourth Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit

Riyadh: The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) is showcasing its key national efforts and initiatives in data and artificial intelligence (AI) at its pavilion during the fourth Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit 2026 (RGMBS). The summit is being held in Riyadh from September 14 to 16. According to Saudi Press Agency, the SDAIA pavilion introduces visitors to the SDAIA Data Regulatory Sandbox and its role in enabling innovation and developing data-driven solutions in a flexible and secure regulatory environment. The initiative helps develop data-related regulatory practices and frameworks, including those related to biotechnology. The pavilion also showcases integrated digital services provided through the national super app Tawakkalna and features several specialized SDAIA publications that help raise awareness of data governance and promote responsible use. The pavilion gives RGMBS visitors an overview of SDAIA's role in building an advanced national ecosystem for data and AI. It highlights the a uthority's efforts to support innovation and strengthen integration with relevant entities. These efforts aim to support the transition toward a data- and AI-driven economy and contribute to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
