Riyadh, Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 16.09 points to close at 10,913.56.

The total value of the trading reported was SR 15 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 426 million, divided into over 602,000 deals.

While the stocks of 48 companies ended the trading higher, 147 companies' shares slumped.

The spread between the advancers and decliners stocks ranged from 6.67% to 5.71%.

The Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day losing 193.99 points, to close at 22,950.71, with a valuation of SR 24 million and an overall tally of 272,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 1,241 deals.
