Saudi Stock Exchange Ends Trading Higher

Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index ended trading higher today, gaining 550.03 points to close at 11426.45. The total value of traded shares amounted to SAR14.4 billion. The Saudi Parallel Market Index (Nomu) closed higher, gaining 308.68 points to settle at 25608.10, with a total trading value of SAR40 million. More than 6.6 million shares were traded during today’s session.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the positive performance on both the Main Index and the Parallel Market Index indicates a robust trading session, reflecting increased investor activity. The Main Index’s gain of 550.03 points highlights a significant upward movement, while the Parallel Market Index also showed a strong performance with a gain of 308.68 points. The substantial trading volumes suggest active participation in the market, with the Main Index trading value reaching SAR14.4 billion and the Parallel Market Index achieving a trading value of SAR40 million. The number of shares exchanged, exceeding 6.6 million, further underscores the heightened trading activity during the session.
