Madinah: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Madinah responded to a heart attack case within 56 seconds, using a special “Heart Attack Pathway” designed to save lives by quickly providing emergency medical care.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Director General of the Authority’s Branch in the Region, Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Zahrani, highlighted the rapid response and effective coordination of ambulance teams at the Prophet’s Mosque. This swift action helped reduce complications and achieve positive outcomes for the patient in need.
The “Heart Attack Pathway” is a critical component of the Red Crescent’s strategy to enhance emergency response times, especially in high-density areas like the Prophet’s Mosque.
