Cairo: The Quality of Life Program, a key initiative under Saudi Vision 2030, actively participated in the Global Quality of Life Conference organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat). The conference kicked off today as part of the 12th World Urban Forum (WUF12), which is being held from November 4 to 8 in Cairo.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference was attended by notable figures such as the Saudi Ambassador to Egypt, Saleh bin Eid Al-Husseini, the Saudi Ambassador to Kenya, Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Salman, and the CEO of the Quality of Life Program, Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Bakr. The Quality of Life Program took the opportunity to showcase the extensive urban transformations taking place in Saudi Arabia, aligned with the strategic goals of Saudi Vision 2030. These transformations focus on improving urban landscapes and enhancing service quality in Saudi cities. The Global Quality of Life Conference aims to share global experiences to enhance the quality of life worldwide. It will cover topics such as the use of big data and the involvement of local communities in developing international quality-of-life indicators.
