Saudi, Pakistani Interior Ministers Discuss Bolstering Anti-Drug Cooperation

Riyadh: Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz received at his office in the ministry Pakistan’s Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi on Monday. The ministers held talks on ways to deepen security cooperation between the two countries, with a particular focus on combating drug trafficking, as well as other issues of mutual concern.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting underscored the importance of enhancing joint efforts to tackle the challenges posed by drug trafficking networks. The discussions aimed to strengthen the existing partnership between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in addressing this critical issue. Both ministers expressed their commitment to increasing collaboration in security operations and information exchange to curb the menace of drug trafficking.
