Saudi, Pakistani Interior Ministers Discuss Bolstering Anti-Drug Cooperation

Riyadh: Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz received at his office in the ministry Pakistan’s Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi on Monday. The ministers held talks on ways to deepen security cooperation between the two countries, with a particular focus on combating drug trafficking, as well as other issues of mutual concern.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions centered on enhancing collaborative efforts to tackle the growing challenge of drug trafficking. Both ministers acknowledged the importance of joint initiatives and shared intelligence in effectively addressing the issue. They also explored potential areas of cooperation that could further strengthen the security framework between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
