Riyadh: The Saudi Falcons Club has announced its schedule of major events for 2026, encompassing approximately 120 days of activities aimed at promoting national heritage and reinforcing the Kingdom's standing as a global hub for falconry. According to Saudi Press Agency, the calendar opens with the International Falcon Breeders Auction from August 5 to 25, featuring participation from elite breeders and leading local and international falcon farms. It will be followed by the Saudi Falcons Club Auction for locally captured falcons, running from October 1 to November 30 to coincide with the migration and capture season. Also in early October, the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition, the largest of its kind globally, will be held at the Riyadh Exhibitions and Conferences Center in Malham from October 1 to 10, covering activities across the culture, entertainment, tourism, and environment sectors. The Melwah Racing will take place from October 4 to 9, with falconers competing across categories for financial prizes and titles. The flagship King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival, the world's largest gathering of falcons, runs from November 17 to 30, offering prizes exceeding SAR38 million. The calendar concludes with the Falcons Club Cup, scheduled from December 21 to 28.
