Riyadh: The Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authority (SCEGA) welcomed the announcement by Fortune of its intention to open a regional headquarters in Riyadh. The announcement came on the sidelines of the Fortune Global Forum 2025, hosted by the Kingdom for the first time.

According to Saudi Press Agency, SCEGA Chairman of the Board of Directors Fahd bin Abdulmohsen Al-Rasheed affirmed that Fortune’s plan marks a significant step that reflects major global companies’ confidence in Saudi Arabia’s investment environment and underscores the Kingdom’s success in establishing itself as a reliable hub for the global events industry.

The announcement reflects SCEGA’s efforts to attract leading international brands and companies in the exhibitions, conferences and business events sector and to strengthen their presence in the Saudi market, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 goals to diversify the national economy and position the Kingdom as a global hub for the exhibitions and conferences industry.
