Cairo: Saudi companies are showcasing their date and derivative products at the second International Dates Conference and Exhibition in Cairo. This significant economic and agricultural event brings together producers and importers from several Arab countries, including the Kingdom, aiming to develop and stimulate the national export system to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition features more than 250 importers and producing companies from Egypt and other Arab countries. It aims to facilitate the signing of commercial deals and contracts between date factory and farm owners and major food importers, promote the export of dates to regional and international markets, and enhance integration between agriculture, industry, and trade. The event also seeks to contribute to food security, rural development, and job creation.
