Riyadh: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s health system has achieved a significant global milestone by winning nine prestigious international awards, including four gold awards, at the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA). The accomplishment reflects the impact of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering national talent and strengthening institutional capabilities, thereby advancing the maturity of the health transformation program, enhancing beneficiary experience, improving service quality, and enabling the sector to compete according to the highest global standards.
According to Saudi Press Agency, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center won five international awards as follows: two gold awards in the categories of Best Customer Service – Over 5,000 Employees and Best Use of Customer Insight and Feedback – Strategic Approach. The hospital also received two silver awards in the categories of Best Contact Center – Strategic Approach and Best Customer-Centric Culture – Strategic Approach, as well as a bronze award in the Customers at the Heart of Everything – Strategic Approach category.
Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Health Cluster earned two gold awards: the first in the Best Citizen Experience – Over 5,000 Employees category, represented by the Moeen initiative implemented by Yanbu General Hospital, which focuses on enhancing the quality of services provided to the elderly. The cluster received its second gold award in the Customer at the Heart of Everything – Strategic Approach category for its health advisory council initiative, which exemplifies an advanced model of partnership among various entities in Madinah Region.
Riyadh First Health Cluster won the silver award in the Best Citizen Experience – Over 5,000 Employees category, along with a bronze award in the Best Employee Engagement / Best Place to Work – Over 1,000 Employees category.
Health sector entities continued progressing toward the final stages of international competitions, as seen in the Eastern Health Cluster’s advancement to the final round – a clear indication of the expanding excellence of the Kingdom’s health system and its strengthened capabilities to enhance beneficiary experience and boost the global competitiveness of the Saudi health sector.
