According to Saudi Press Agency, Saudi Arabia emerged as a strong contender, securing a total of 22 medals. The Saudi team achieved an impressive haul of five gold medals, four silver medals, and 13 bronze medals, showcasing their prowess and dedication in the competitive arena.

The grand finale of the ceremony included the official handover of the Asian Youth Games flag to Uzbekistan. This marks Uzbekistan as the host for the fourth edition of the Asian Youth Games, set to take place in 2029.
