Awaza: Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Eng. Walid bin Abdul Karim Al-Khuraiji delivered a speech at the United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries 2025, emphasizing the Kingdom’s determination to bolster the global economy. The event took place in Awaza, Turkmenistan, from August 4 to 8.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, Al-Khuraiji conveyed greetings from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the conference attendees, including representatives from various countries and the United Nations. He highlighted Saudi Arabia’s commitment to overcoming barriers to sustainable development, aligning with the objectives of Vision 2030.
During his address, Al-Khuraiji underscored the Kingdom’s focus on designing sustainable projects and investments, which are crucial for fostering development, cooperation, and understanding among nations. He reiterated that supporting the global economy remains a priority for Saudi Arabia as it continues to engage with international partners in revitalizing development pathways.
