Manila: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance officially launched its third qualification course for imams and preachers today in Manila, in which 50 scholars from various regions of the Philippines are taking part.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of Islamic rulings and equip them with the necessary knowledge to effectively convey the tolerant teachings of Islam.
