Saudi Arabia Launches Dates Distribution and Iftar Programs in Djibouti

Djibouti city: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attach© at the Kingdom's Embassy in the Republic of Djibouti, has initiated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift programs for distributing dates and providing iftar meals in Djibouti City.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative has allocated approximately 15 tons of dates to Djibouti, benefiting nearly 60,000 Muslims. Additionally, around 3,500 individuals are expected to partake in the iftar program.

The ministry is implementing the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' program for the distribution of dates in 120 countries, along with the iftar program in 70 countries. This initiative underscores the Kingdom's commitment to serving Muslims worldwide and promoting the values of solidarity, cooperation, and brotherhood during Ramadan.
