Saudi Arabia Joins Arab Human Rights Officials Conference in Egypt

Hurghada: The 11th conference of the officials responsible for human rights within the Arab ministries of interior commenced yesterday in the Egyptian city of Hurghada. The event saw participation from representatives of Arab countries’ interior ministries, along with Arab, regional, and international organizations and bodies.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Kingdom’s delegation to the conference is led by Manahel Abdulrahman Alradadi, the Director General of the Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Interior. In his opening remarks, Dr. Mohammad Bin Ali Kuman, the Secretary General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, emphasized the conference’s role in enhancing the capabilities of Arab security agencies. He highlighted that the agenda provides member states the opportunity to present their experiences and measures taken in the domain of human rights.
