Rabat: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was honored to participate as the guest of honor at the annual Diplomatic Charity Gala held in Rabat. The event was organized by the Moroccan Diplomatic Foundation in collaboration with the Saudi embassy in Morocco.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Saudi Ambassador to Morocco Dr. Sami Al-Saleh had the privilege of presenting the gala's shield to Princess Lalla Hasna. During the presentation, he extended his gratitude to Morocco for bestowing the honor upon the Kingdom.

Dr. Al-Saleh highlighted the robust ties between Saudi Arabia and Morocco, applauding the leadership of both nations for their relentless efforts to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance cooperation across various fields.

The proceeds from this gala are dedicated to supporting institutions and NGOs that cater to orphans, the deaf, and the visually impaired. Additionally, the funds are allocated to programs focused on empowering and developing the skills of girls, further emphasizing the charitable aspect of the event.
