Tianjin: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participated in the China International Mining Conference and Expo 2025, held in Tianjin, China, to highlight the transformation of its mining sector and the attractive investment opportunities it presents.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in his opening remarks, Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Development Turki Al-Babtain emphasized that the Kingdom is working to establish an integrated mining system that ensures stability and transparency while enhancing investor confidence. He noted that these efforts aim to maximize the sector’s contribution to economic diversification and strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for mining and mineral resources.

On the sidelines of the conference, Al-Babtain held several meetings with executives of leading international mining companies to discuss opportunities for cooperation and investment in the Saudi mining sector.
