Saudi Arabia Celebrates Success in Hosting Equestrian Event Final

Riyadh: A representative from the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), Khalil Ibrahim from the UAE, announced that the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation achieved complete success in hosting the final round of the Longines Global Champions Tour and the Global Champions League held in Riyadh. The event, which commenced on Thursday and concluded on Saturday, was marked by a high level of organization and engagement.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Ibrahim highlighted the enthusiastic turnout of the public, which significantly contributed to the event’s appeal. The strong presence of equestrian enthusiasts created memorable moments for the participants as they interacted with the riders, transforming the competitions into historic events.

Ibrahim also emphasized the vital role played by Saudi personnel in all organizing committees. Their involvement was a key factor in the event’s successful execution. He noted Saudi Arabia’s growing prominence in show jumping sports, citing the Kingdom’s successful hosting of the 2024 World Cup for Show Jumping and Dressage, along with various rounds of the Longines Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League, the ‘Jump Saudi’ Championship, and other international tournaments.
