Riyadh: The General Authority for Competition (GAC) announced that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host in partnership with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) the Regional Competition Capacity-Building Programme (RCCBP) for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the launch of this regional programme is under the framework of the memorandum of understanding between the OECD and Saudi Arabia to deepen co-operation across key policy areas in support of Saudi Vision 2030. Hosting the RCCBP reflects the Kingdom’s strengthened strategic role with the OECD ecosystem and underscores Saudi Arabia’s growing leadership in advancing competition policy and enforcement at the international levels.
