Saudi Arabia, Bahrain to Enhance Trade in Industrial Goods

Manama: Bahraini Minister of Industry and Commerce Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro affirmed the deep and longstanding brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain. His remarks came during the signing of a document that strengthens the flow of Bahraini industrial exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the step comes as part of joint efforts to implement the second phase of the bilateral industrial integration initiatives, aimed at enhancing trade in national industrial goods between the two countries. It represents a strategic move reflecting the Gulf region’s commitment to deepening economic and industrial integration.

Minister Fakhro highlighted the shared commitment to further strengthening cooperation across various fields, particularly in the economic and industrial sectors, under the care and attention of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and King of the Kingdom of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

He also commended the role of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council – chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa – in enhancing bilateral coordination across various sectors and creating a favorable environment for promising investment opportunities that contribute to the development and prosperity of both countries.
