Cairo: Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Saleh bin Eid Al-Husseini, yesterday attended the Egypt International Dates Forum and Exhibition taking place in Cairo from November 20 to 21. The event is a significant gathering aimed at promoting the date industry and facilitating international trade.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum featured contributions from the National Center for Palms and Dates (NCPD) alongside 12 prominent Saudi companies. The participation of Saudi companies is in line with efforts to enhance the national export system in support of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. The forum is designed to foster trade agreements and partnerships between date producers and major global food importers, potentially opening new markets for Saudi date
exports.
