RUSSIAN SPECIAL ENVOY VISITS AL-BAISARI

The Acting Director General of Public Security, Major General Elias Al-Baisari, received in his office yesterday evening, the Special Envoy of the Russian Foreign Minister for Middle Eastern Affairs, Vladimir Safronkov, at the head of a delegation.
