Royal Commission for AlUla Signs MoU with Saudi Innovation Club to Support Innovation Ecosystem

Riyadh: The Royal Commission for AlUla signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Innovation Club for Innovation Hobby, aiming to promote a culture of innovation, build creative capacities and skills, and support entrepreneurship in AlUla, in line with comprehensive and sustainable development objectives under the Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, under the MoU, the two sides will work together to implement programs and activities, as well as a specialized hackathon, to support an innovation culture and raise awareness among AlUla school students about innovation and technology. The cooperation also includes supporting activities and events related to business initiatives and accelerators, enhancing the growth of startups and supporting a knowledge- and creativity-based economy.

This partnership falls within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, aimed at empowering innovation and boosting AlUla’s role as a sustainable development model based on knowledge and creativity, balancing the preservation of natural and cultural heritage with human empowerment and the development of a sustainable economy.
