Riyadh: ROSHN Group, a leading real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, announced on Wednesday the limited launch of units at ‘SEDRA Residence,’ its latest residential project in the SEDRA community north of Riyadh, during its participation in Cityscape Global 2025.

According to Saudi Press Agency, SEDRA Residence is a fully integrated residential complex offering more than 700 distinctive apartments, including one- and two-bedroom units available in six different layouts. This launch is part of the fourth phase of the SEDRA community and features a range of private amenities, in addition to nearby shops and commercial centers.

The launch of the new apartment complex represents an extension of ROSHN’s commitment to offering innovative real estate products and housing options that cater to a diverse range of customers.
