Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center Conducts Over 28,000 Supervisory Visits in August

Riyadh: The Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center carried out over 28,000 supervisory visits to project sites in the city of Riyadh and its governorates during August 2025. The center also received more than 18,000 reports of non-compliant work and identified over 4,000 violations of infrastructure project regulations and requirements.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the violations observed included a lack of cleanliness at work sites during and after completion, the absence of warning lights on barriers for the entire traffic diversion, failure to renew or extend infrastructure project licenses, not displaying project data on temporary barriers, and the preparation of equipment and materials outside of designated work sites.

Through these supervisory visits, the center aims to increase compliance rates, ensure adherence to technical standards for infrastructure projects, and enhance their quality and safety. This contributes to the sustainability of infrastructure in the Riyadh region and all its governorates.
